This is for coaches who see clients with aches, pains, and movement issues and want to be able to assess them head to toe to understand the root problem instead of guessing, youtubing, or searching the internet for potential solutions that may or may not work.

WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT:
The 8 hours you'll spend with us is going to be a firehose of information; no fluff. You'll leave with foundational education and practical skills to assess and understand clients with aches and pains.
That said, in 8 hours we CANNOT teach you everything on programming and exercise prescriptions. We do that in over 13 months within our flagship course AL-P. We Cannot possibly Jam 13 months of education on corrective programming and biomechanics into an 8 hour workshop and we wouldnt do you the disservice of trying to.
If you complete this workshop and want to go deeper into prescriptive programming, that's what the Active Life Professional (AL-P) course is for.

What is the cost?

Are there recordings?
For several reasons we do not distribute a direct recording of the seminar, You will however receive a workbook with all of the core concepts which you can keep.
Are there refunds if I can't make it?
We do not offer refunds however we can transfer you to the next available date for a $25 transfer fee if an issue arises and you cannot make it.
When will you do this again?
We do not have future dates set yet. If you know you want to do this at some point, now is the best time.
I've consumed a lot of Active Lifes free stuff, will this still be valuable for me?
Yes, this will go hand in hand with the free content we put out. If you enjoy the free content, you'll love the workshop.
Are there CEUs or a certification?
Yes and No... Read this entire paragraph if CEUs are important to you.
When we built the live, online version of this workshop our goal was to make it as cheap as possible. In fact, we'd give it to you for free but we only want coaches taking spots who were committed to showing up, that's why we made it just $19.
With that in mind, we did not include CEUs because there is a cost to us and we wouldn't be able to price the seminar at just $19 with them.
But, so many coaches have asked that we have added CEUs with a small fee to get them.
CEU's are now available for NASM, NSCA and AFFA for an additional $100.
If you'd like to receive the test to get the certificate and CEUs, there is an "add on" button at checkout. Use this to bring your total cost to $119 ($19 for the workshop and $100 for the test/ CEUs)
Is there a guarantee?
We don't believe in meaningless money-back guarantees and we don't believe you should use them with your clients either.
This is easily a $1,000 product we're giving away for $100-$200 and if you need a guarantee on top of that, we're not the company to help you.
What's the difference between this and the in-person seminar?
The in-person seminar is reserved for students in the 13- month Active Life professional mentorship.
This online version attempts to get as close to delivering that same education as possible, remotely.
Should I do this if I'm already in AL-P?
No, if you're already in AL-P you have all of this information and should consider attending the in-person seminar instead
